How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via your original payment method (through Stripe).

After 14 Days

Requests after the 14-day period are not eligible. Exceptions may be granted at Veniatis's discretion for documented technical issues we are unable to resolve.

Stripe Processing Fees

Stripe does not refund its processing fees. These are absorbed by Veniatis. You always receive a full refund.

License Deactivation

Upon refund, your license key is immediately deactivated. Continued use after refund violates the Terms of Service.
